Production Manager - ESN / IT / Digital

DIXEA is recruiting its future production manager for its Lyon office.
The challenges are as follows:
1/ To lead DIXEA's operational activities
2/ To structure the production management, including all processes
3/ To participate in the opening of new DIXEA offices, including international
4/ To participate in future external growth
Position evolution: Production Director (Comex position).
At DIXEA, we believe in being close to our customers, so all our managers are operational.
Note that most of our projects are carried out using an agile / Scrum methodology.

Your main responsibilities are:
- Supervising all employees and projects,
- Participating in the definition of annual budgets,
- Steering the completion and delivery of turnkey projects to achieve the defined performance objectives: customer satisfaction, quality, costs, deadlines,
- Steering cross
-functional projects linked to the improvement of operational performance and being the guarantor of this,
- Advising/supporting customers and internal teams,
- Being responsible with your team for the construction and implementation of the operational plan,

As a Recruitment and HR Development Manager, you will report to the President.

2/ Structuring the HR and recruitment department, including all processes

Your Main Missions at the time of taking up the position are as follows:
- Define the recruitment policy,
